General

The menu item "Settings" is divided into the subareas Project Overview and Project Settings. In the area Project Overview, general information about the project can be displayed and edited. Under Participants, additional project participants can be assigned to the BIM project. Each user is given views and rights tailored to his or her role in the BIM process. 

In the area Project Settings, you define which architecture software, IFC schema, classifications or languages are relevant for the project and should be used. When defining the corresponding software or the preferred IFC schema, BIMQ falls back on a reference guideline. This supports the user in the subsequent mapping process and ensures a consistent way of working. If information is required regarding language definitions or further classifications, these can be created in the relevant tab.
